The roofing was a cool gray membrane 24 gauge “B” deck roof totaling 7,500 sq. ft. The exterior was masonry with metal stud framing and a dense glass wall system. The 17,957 sq. ft. project broke ground in June 2017 and was completed in May of 2018.
